How do I brew De-Congest Tea?
Steep 1 tablespoon of De-Congest Tea in 8 oz of hot water for 8 to 10 minutes. Lean over the cup and breathe the steam while it sits, which is half of what a cup like this is for. Drink it warm. It is caffeine free, so an evening cup is fine.
What does it taste like?
Warm and golden, closer to a spiced cider than to a green tea. The turmeric gives it an earthy base, the cinnamon and ginger carry the top, and the licorice sweetens the finish without any sugar. Black pepper leaves a small heat at the back of the throat, which is the point of it.
Where does this tea come from?
