Order Questions

For questions about an existing order, please have your order number handy and email us at info@mayimfarm.com. We ship via USPS and most orders go out the next business day. You can track your order using the Order Tracking feature on our website.

Response Time

We respond to most messages within 1–2 business days. During busy seasons — planting and harvest — it may take a little longer, but we will always get back to you. You can also use the chat feature at the bottom of our website for faster responses during business hours.
