Shipping Policy
Processing & Dispatch
We ship all orders via USPS from our farm in Opp, Alabama. Orders are processed and dispatched Monday through Saturday. Most orders ship the next business day after payment is received. During peak seasons or high-volume periods, processing may take up to 2 business days.
Shipping Timeframes
Standard USPS shipping typically delivers within 3–7 business days depending on your location. We are located in southern Alabama, so transit times may vary for customers on the West Coast or in remote areas. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout when applicable.
Free Shipping
Orders totaling $50.00 or more qualify for free standard shipping automatically applied at checkout. This offer applies to all domestic orders within the contiguous United States.
Order Tracking
All shipments include tracking. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can also track your order directly through our website using the Order Tracking feature on the checkout confirmation page.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. We do not currently offer international shipping. If you have questions about shipping to a specific location, please contact us at info@mayimfarm.com before placing your order.
Delays & Lost Packages
Once a package is in USPS possession, Mayim Farm is not responsible for carrier delays, weather-related disruptions, or packages marked delivered but not received. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact USPS directly and then reach out to us — we will do our best to help resolve the situation.
Return & Refund Policy
Our Commitment
We stand behind every product we grow and craft here at Mayim Farm. If something is not right with your order, we want to make it right. Please reach out to us directly at info@mayimfarm.com or through the chat feature on our website.
Eligibility for Returns
Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products, we accept returns or issue refunds under the following conditions:
- The product arrived damaged, broken, or leaking
- The wrong product was shipped
- The product is defective or significantly different from its description
- You contact us within 14 days of the delivery date
We are not able to accept returns on opened consumable products (teas, powders, capsules, tinctures) for reasons other than those listed above. We appreciate your understanding — as a small farm operation, this policy helps us maintain the quality and safety of products that reach other customers.
How to Request a Return or Refund
To initiate a return or refund request, please email info@mayimfarm.com with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- A photo of the product if damaged or incorrect
We will respond within 1–2 business days and work with you to find the best resolution, whether that is a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and review your request. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened consumable products returned for reasons other than damage, defect, or incorrect shipment
- Orders returned without prior communication and approval from Mayim Farm
- Products purchased on clearance or as part of a final sale promotion
