A daily cup built on herbs that have been drunk daily for a very long time, in Ayurvedic, Western, and folk practice. Nine of them, each one there because the tradition put it there.

How do I brew Immunity Tea?
Steep 1 tablespoon of Immunity Tea in 8 oz of hot water for 7 to 10 minutes, covered. Daily use is the traditional approach with a blend like this one, not a cup here and a cup there. It is caffeine free, so it fits anywhere in the day you want to put it.
What does it taste like?
Earthy and rooty underneath, with the spearmint and lemongrass lifting the top of it. Ashwagandha and burdock both bring a heavy, almost bitter note, and the citrus is what keeps that from being the whole cup. Honey suits it if you want to round it further.
Where does this tea come from?
Packed by hand at our farm in Opp, Alabama. Caffeine free. No fillers and no artificial flavoring.
