What is in Regularity Tea?

• Senna Leaf. A traditional herb used worldwide, and the reason to be careful with the dose.
• Licorice Root. Traditionally used to soothe, and it softens the edge of the senna.
• Peppermint Leaf. A traditional carminative herb, and the bright note in the cup.
• Fennel Seed. One of the oldest carminative seeds in the European tradition.
• Ginger Root. Warming, traditionally taken after food.

How do I use Regularity Tea?

Steep 1 tablespoon of Regularity Tea in 8 oz of hot water for 5 to 7 minutes and drink one cup in the evening. Start with one cup every other night, not every night, and see how you respond before you change anything. With senna, more is not better, and a stronger brew is a bigger dose.

Can I drink Regularity Tea every night?

We would not. Senna is traditionally taken in short courses, a week or two at a stretch, and then set down for a while. It is not built to be a permanent nightly habit, and long-running daily use is a known problem with senna. Water, fiber, and movement are the boring answers, and they are still the right ones.

Is Regularity Tea safe during pregnancy?

No. Senna is not for use during pregnancy. If you are pregnant and having trouble, that is a conversation for your midwife or your OB, not for a tea. We would rather lose the sale than have you take this one.
