How do I brew Bronchial Support Tea?
Steep 1 tablespoon of Bronchial Support Tea in 8 oz of just-boiled water for 8 to 10 minutes, covered. Breathe the steam while it brews, that is half of it. Drink 1 to 2 cups a day as a routine, or up to 4 cups in the seasons when you want more of it. Honey rounds out the flavor and adds its own comfort to the throat.
What is the difference between Bronchial Support Tea and Sinus Support Tea?
Sinus Support is built around herbs traditionally used for the head and the upper airway. Bronchial Support is built around herbs traditionally used lower down, in the lungs and the chest. They are different jobs and most people who use one end up keeping both on the shelf.
Is lobelia safe in a tea blend?
At tea quantities, lobelia has a long history of traditional use. It shows up in much stronger concentrations in tincture form, where it is treated with more caution. In this blend it sits at a gentle, food-safe level, and it has been part of lung teas in the folk traditions for a long time.
How many cups are in a package?
Enough for roughly 10 to 15 cups, depending on how strong you brew it. If you drink it daily, plan on a bag lasting a couple of weeks.
