How do I brew Sinus Support Tea?
Steep 1 tablespoon of Sinus Support Tea in 8 oz of just-boiled water for 8 to 10 minutes, covered, so the volatile oils stay in the cup. Lean over it and breathe the steam while it sits, which is half of why you made it. Honey suits it. Drink 1 to 3 cups a day.
What is the difference between Sinus Support and Bronchial Support?
Bronchial Support is built around herbs traditionally used lower down, in the lungs and the chest. Sinus Support is built around herbs traditionally used higher up, in the head and the sinuses. Different jobs. Most people who keep one end up keeping both.
Is it safe to drink every day?
Every herb in this blend is food safe at tea quantities. If you take prescription medication or you have a known condition, ask your doctor first, since echinacea in particular can interact with some drugs. Otherwise it is a cup of tea and it can be a daily one.
How many cups are in a package?
Roughly 10 to 15 cups, depending on how strong you brew it. You can get a second steep out of the leaves, a little milder, though most of the volatile oil comes out on the first pass.
Where does this tea come from?
