Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between the tea and the tincture?

The tincture absorbs faster and is more concentrated, better for acute symptoms. The tea works more gradually, and the steam itself is part of the therapy for congestion. Many folks use both.

What is the difference between Sinus Support and Bronchial Support tea?

Sinus Support targets the upper respiratory tract, nasal passages and sinus congestion. Bronchial Support goes deeper, bronchial tubes, lungs, and chest congestion. If you have both, many customers use both.

Is your mullein grown in the US?

Yes. We grow and wildcraft mullein on our farm and surrounding land in Alabama. Not imported.

Can I use these if I smoke?

Many smokers and former smokers reach for mullein for lung support. It won't reverse structural damage but can support mucus clearance and airway soothing. Talk to your healthcare provider about your specific situation.
