When your sinuses are congested, inflamed, or just won't clear — most people reach for a pill that dries everything out and leaves them feeling worse. These capsules take a different approach. Four herbs with centuries of use in traditional medicine, blended and hand-filled at Mayim Farm in Opp, Alabama.
60 capsules per pouch. Made by Greg and Carole Lolley right here on the farm.
What's In Every Capsule
✦ Fenugreek — a traditional respiratory herb used for centuries to thin and loosen mucus, helping the body flush congestion from the sinus cavities naturally. Also known for its soothing effect on inflamed tissue.
✦ Thyme — contains volatile oils with antiseptic and antispasmodic properties. Used traditionally to fight respiratory infections, calm cough spasms, and support the airways.
✦ Oregon Grape Root — contains berberine, one of the most well-studied antimicrobial compounds in plant medicine. Astringent and anti-inflammatory, it helps calm swollen nasal passages and fights the pathogens that cause sinus infections.
✦ Bentonite Clay — a natural detoxifying clay used traditionally to draw out impurities and reduce inflammation in the nasal tissues. Helps soothe and nourish irritated membranes.
How to Use
Take 2 capsules daily with water and food. Each pouch contains 60 capsules — a 30 day supply at that dose. For acute sinus congestion some people take up to 4 per day short term. Listen to your body.
Works well alongside our Sinus Support Tea for a more comprehensive approach to respiratory health.
