Sinus congestion is one of those things that makes everything else harder. Sleep, concentration, breathing through a meal — none of it works right when your sinuses are backed up. Our Sinus Support Tea was put together for exactly that: daily use when the sinuses need help moving, not just masking.

We grow moringa right here on the farm in Opp, Alabama, and it anchors this blend. The rest of the herbs are sourced from suppliers we trust, assembled and blended here by us.

What's in the Blend

  • Peppermint leaf — menthol opens the nasal passages quickly. One of the most reliable natural decongestants there is.
  • Moringa leaf — our farm-grown moringa, included for its anti-inflammatory antioxidant profile and the nutritional depth it adds to any blend.
  • Echinacea — traditionally used to support the immune response during respiratory challenges. Well-studied, well-established.
  • Yarrow — astringent and anti-inflammatory. Works on the inflamed blood vessels in nasal tissue that make congestion so uncomfortable.
  • Hibiscus — high in vitamin C and antioxidants. Adds tartness to the cup and support to the immune system.
  • Marshmallow root — a demulcent. Coats and soothes dry, irritated nasal and throat tissue.
  • Nettle — a natural antihistamine. Particularly useful when sinus congestion is tied to seasonal allergens rather than a cold.

How to Use It

Steep one teaspoon in just-boiled water for 5–7 minutes. Strain and drink hot. Honey works well in this one — it adds its own soothing properties and balances the hibiscus tartness. One to two cups daily during congestion season, or whenever your sinuses are giving you trouble.
