Mullein Lemon Balm Tea
We started blending mullein and lemon balm this season for a tea that settles you down without knocking you out. Mullein leaf is the herb we've built our tea line around. Lemon balm rounds it out with a bright, faintly lemony edge that makes the cup easy to drink again and again.
We wildcraft our mullein here in south Alabama and cut it ourselves. We grow a little lemon balm, but most of what goes in this tea comes from a trusted herb supplier, so we can keep it on the shelf. Steep a heaping teaspoon for 8 to 10 minutes and let both herbs do their work.
Comes in a 21 gram bag, enough for a couple weeks of evening cups.
