Same warming chai base, black tea with cinnamon, cardamom, and cloves, but ginger is the lead here, not a background note. If you like ginger and want it to actually show up in the cup, this is the one. The finish is bright and clean in a way the standard chai blend isn't.
Ginger is also one of the better-studied herbs for digestion and circulation, so this cup does double duty. Warming and functional without trying too hard to be either.
How to Brew
Steep 1 tablespoon in 8 oz of hot water for 5 to 7 minutes. Good with milk or without. The ginger comes through either way. Honey pairs naturally. Good hot or over ice on a warm afternoon.
