Bitter Melon Powder Capsules

Bitter melon (Momordica charantia) has been used in traditional practice across Asia, Africa, and the Caribbean for generations as part of daily routines. The tradition is long and consistent across all three.

We grow bitter melon here in Opp, and when our own vines do not cover a batch we buy from growers we trust. Either way we slice, dry, and grind the fruit ourselves before any of it goes into a capsule.

How do I use bitter melon capsules?

Take 2 capsules daily with food. Daily use is the traditional approach with this plant. Take them alongside a meal rather than on an empty stomach. Capsules are the easy way to use bitter melon, since the powder is very bitter and the capsule carries it past your tongue.

Where does the bitter melon come from?

Our own vines in Opp, Alabama, and from growers we trust when our harvest runs short. Bitter melon is a vegetable, and we grow it the way we grow everything else on this farm, with no synthetic chemicals, no pesticides, and no herbicides. It goes from the vine to the dehydrator to the grinder to the capsule right here.
