How to Use
Steep 1 tablespoon of loose tea in 8 oz of just-boiled water for 8 to 10 minutes. Cover while steeping to keep the volatile oils in the cup. Breathe the steam as it steeps. Drink 2 to 3 cups daily as part of your wellness routine, or 1 cup daily for general respiratory support.
