Frequently Asked Questions
How is this blend traditionally used?
Each herb here has its own role in Western folk herbalism. Feverfew has a long record in European kitchen gardens and herbals. Skullcap, valerian, lavender, and black cohosh all have long records of traditional use, and cayenne is the warming herb old formulas lean on. We make no medical claims about specific health outcomes.
Does the blend ever change?
We blend in small batches and we do adjust the formula from time to time as we learn more and as what we can source changes. The ingredient list on this page is the current formula. The list printed on your bottle is the formula in your bottle. If those two ever disagree, trust the bottle and let us know so we can fix the page.
Which size is right for me?
The 1 oz is a reasonable start if you are trying it for the first time or reaching for it now and then. The 2 oz lasts a good deal longer and is the better value if you are taking it daily.
