How do I brew Ginger Chai?

Steep 1 tablespoon of Ginger Chai in 8 oz of hot water for 5 to 7 minutes. It works with milk and without, since the ginger comes through either way. Honey pairs with it naturally. It is also good over ice on a warm afternoon, which is most afternoons down here.
