Easy Mind Blend

We first made this one for ourselves. A working farm carries its own kind of stress, the weather and the money and the list that never gets shorter. We tried a lot of herbal approaches over the years and this is the blend we kept coming back to. It is one of the tinctures people reorder most.

What is in Easy Mind Blend?

• Passionflower. Traditionally used in Western herbalism for nervous tension and a mind that will not settle.
• Wood Betony. An old English herb, used in Western folk practice for centuries.
• Ashwagandha. A cornerstone adaptogen root in Ayurvedic tradition.
• Chamomile. The classic evening herb, and the one nearly every tradition landed on.
• Lavender. Aromatic and quieting, traditionally used to settle things down.

How do I take Easy Mind Blend?

Shake well. Take 1 to 2 dropperfuls in water, up to three times a day. Nervine herbs are traditionally taken steadily rather than once in a while, so give it a few weeks before you judge it. Many people take a dose in the evening as part of winding down. That is how it gets used here.

Read this before you take it

• Ashwagandha is not for use during pregnancy. Talk to your provider first if you take thyroid medication, if you have a thyroid condition, or if you have any liver trouble.
• Chamomile belongs to the daisy family. If ragweed or marigolds bother you, chamomile can too.
• Wood betony is traditionally avoided in pregnancy.

Is Easy Mind Blend made on your farm?

We blend and extract it here in small batches on our farm in Opp, Alabama, in alcohol. No water, no fillers and no synthetic ingredients.

Does the blend ever change?

We blend in small batches and we do adjust the formula as we learn more and as what we can source changes. The list on this page is the current blend. The list on your bottle is what is in your bottle. If the two disagree, trust the bottle and tell us so we can fix the page.

Was Easy Mind Blend called something else?

Yes. Until September 2026 we sold this as Anxious Blend. Same herbs, same bottle, new name. Older bottles still carry the old label until we print the new ones.

Can I take Easy Mind Blend with prescription medication?

Ask your doctor first. Several of the herbs in this blend can interact with sedatives, anti-anxiety drugs, antidepressants, and thyroid medication. We grow plants for a living. The person who knows your chart is the one to ask.
