We started blending mullein and lemon balm this season for a tea that settles you down without knocking you out. Mullein leaf brings the same lung and throat support we've built our tea line around. Lemon balm rounds it out with a bright, faintly lemony edge that makes the cup easy to drink again and again.

We wildcraft our mullein right here on the farm. Lemon balm we grow ourselves too, though we top up with lemon balm from a trusted herb supplier when our own patch runs short, so we can keep this tea on the shelf. Steep a heaping teaspoon for 8 to 10 minutes and let both herbs do their work.

Comes in a 21 gram bag, enough for a couple weeks of evening cups.
